Job Purpose

We are looking for a

Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to develop and grow our Electronics business Northern Vietnam, base in Ha Noi.

The role focuses on developing customers and providing suitable adhesive and material solutions for electronics applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new customers and business opportunities in

Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Electronic Components, and related industries.

Promote and sell adhesives, specialty chemicals, and electronic/industrial material solutions.

Understand customer applications and technical requirements to propose suitable solutions.

Build strong relationships with customers, including

Purchasing, R&D, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.

Coordinate with technical teams and suppliers to support product selection, samples, trials, qualification, and mass production.

Develop new accounts and actively follow up on potential projects and business opportunities in the Northern Vietnam market.

Prepare quotations, sales forecasts, and regular sales reports.

Monitor market and competitor activities and achieve assigned sales targets.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in adhesives, bonding solutions, specialty chemicals, electronic materials, industrial tapes, soldering materials, thermal management materials, or other materials used in electronics manufacturing are highly preferred.

Experience with adhesive manufacturers, specialty chemical companies, electronic material suppliers, distributors, or solution providers will be a strong advantage.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, Engineering, Business, or related fields.

Experience in adhesives, specialty chemicals, electronic materials, industrial materials, or related products is required.

Experience in

Electronics, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, or Electronic Components is preferred.

Experience in

Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Application Engineering, Business Development, or Key Account Management is an advantage.

Strong communication, customer development, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Good command of

English or Chinese.

Proactive, result-oriented, and willing to travel for customer visits.
