Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for production management and customer/factory support for UQ’s business operations, with the potential to become a key local talent for future business development.

Primary Job Functions:

• Manage production progress, quality, and delivery with factories.

• Support customers and factories and resolve production-related issues.

• Negotiate with factories on production, quality, cost, and delivery.

• Build strong relationships with factory management and key decision-makers.

• Communicate and coordinate effectively with customers, factories, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Business-level English and Japanese communication skills.

• Logical thinking and good judgment.

• Age: Preferably 20–30; candidates up to 40 may be considered based on experience.

• Experience in Merchandising/Quality Control in Textile/Garment industry

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to remain calm, make decisions and perform effectively under pressure.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Perform accurate HORENSO in Japanese and English
