1. Sales Operations

Maintain strong relationships with camera dealers, ensuring clear communication on Sony policies, products, and promotions

Regularly update pricing, product information, and policies; propose new sales schemes when necessary

Drive and achieve sales targets within assigned territory

2. Sales Order Management

Plan and execute sales orders from dealers in a timely and accurate manner

3. Inventory & Logistics Management

Monitor stock levels and coordinate logistics to ensure product availability

4. Shopfront & Display Management

Conduct weekly/monthly store visits to maintain and optimize product displays

Propose innovative shopfront/display ideas to enhance sales performance

Train retail sales staff and promote Sony products effectively

Collect and report insights on customer feedback, competitors, and SKU displays

5. Market Intelligence

Develop strong product knowledge, especially in digital imaging technology

Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities

6. Relationship Management

Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Promoters

Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Section Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in relevant industries or FMCG (MT/GT channels).

- Must have strong interest or knowledge in Camera & Lens products (mention in CV if any).

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong presentation and communication skills in Vietnamese and English (business level).
