Tuyển dụng Sales Executive (B2B – Property Management Services) tại Hồ Chí Minh

Develop and execute sales activities for
Property Management, Facility Management and Building Operation Services.
Identify and develop new B2B clients, business opportunities and potential markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, partners and brokers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in line with the Company’s business strategy.
Prepare proposals, coordinate with internal teams and follow up with clients throughout the sales process.
Work closely with Care Solutions’ member companies to cross-sell and introduce relevant services to clients.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Economics or related fields.
Experience in
B2B Sales/Business Development, preferably in Property Management, Facility Management, Real Estate or related service industries.
Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
Proactive, target-oriented and able to develop new business opportunities.
Good command of MS Office.
