Regional Sales Manager (Male) – Industrial Equipment / Plastic & Packaging Solutions – Remote (English Required)| 4.000–5.000 USD + Commission

YUDO Vietnam, a trusted partner of StackTeck, is recruiting for the Regional Sales Manager position in Vietnam. You are responsible for building relationships with C-level and technical decision-makers, identifying new opportunities, and closing capital equipment sales. 

Important: This is a specialized B2B sales position in the plastics, packaging, mold-making, and industrial equipment sectors. Candidates without relevant industry experience may not meet the requirements of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively develop new customer accounts across Vietnam with a focus on PET preform molds, thin-wall packaging molds, and closure molds

• Manage and grow an existing pipeline of prospects and customers, with regular face-to-face visits

• Understand customer production requirements and work with StackTeck engineering to develop tailored technical and commercial proposals

• Represent StackTeck at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events in the region

• Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to management

• Coordinate with StackTeck's technical and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction post-sale

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends in Vietnam and provide strategic feedback

• Negotiate commercial terms in line with company pricing and margin guidelines. 

Product Scope: PET preform molds, thin-wall packaging molds, closure molds for caps and containers, high-speed injection molding systems and related automation solutions.

•   Please submit your CV in English. Male candidates only

•  Minimum 7–10 years of B2B capital equipment sales experience within the Vietnam plastics or packaging industry

•     Proven track record of closing large-ticket, long-cycle capital equipment deals

•     Strong existing network of contacts within plastics processors, packaging manufacturers, or converters in the local market

•     Native or near-native proficiency in Vietnamese is required

•     Professional-level English communication skills — both written and spoken — for internal reporting and global team collaboration

•     Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote/home-office setup

•     Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Direct experience selling injection molds or related tooling (PET preform, thin-wall packaging, or closure molds preferred)
•    Familiarity with high-speed injection molding systems and related automation
•    Experience working with multinational equipment manufacturers or distributors
•    Understanding of the regulatory and commercial environment for capital equipment procurement in Vietnam
