Quản Lý Cảnh Quan Cây Xanh – Softscape Manager (Phụ Trách Sân Golf, Cảnh Quan Đường Phố, Công Trình Công Cộng, Biệt Thự và Các Khu Vực Khác)

Scope of work

- Professional support to the Kinhbac City Development Team in the construction of the Trump International Hung Yen Vietnam Golf Course, encompassing the full development of a 36-holes.

- Provide direct assistance to the Golf Project Manager to ensure all construction activities are executed according to the approved schedule and design specifications. Facilitate daily site operations, including coordination of tasks, as directed by project leadership.

- Manage landscaping works related to infrastructure, streetscape, parks, public buildings, villas, and other projects, including tasks such as contributing ideas to design consultants, planning tree mobilization, procurement plans, working with contractors, establishing nurseries, ect. Coordinate with the Project Manager on related items to ensure construction and planting activities are carried out smoothly and in accordance with the proposed schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with contractors and relevant authorities to ensure proper implementation of the golf Landscape tree and Shrub works as well as infrastructure, streetscape, public buildings,… according to approved designs, including:

Tree & Shrub set out

Assist with Landscape Irrigation system set out

Manage Inhouse Landscape Nursery

Coordination of Contractors Landscape Nursery

Responsible for Inhouse & Contractors Landscape Grow in Period complete to handover with Operator

Inhouse shrub & Tree production (Local sourced & Managed)

Manage procurement of Imported Tree species completed to grow in and hand over to operator.

- Ensure all works are executed according to the approved construction drawings, technical standards, and specifications.

- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and report regularly to the Golf Course PM and other PMs

- Make reports on construction progress and issues (daily, weekly, monthly) as required by the PM.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance.

- Assist in reviewing contractor submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and materials for infrastructure works.

- Support in testing, commissioning, and handover of all golf works.

- Material Oversight: Monitor and manage construction materials to ensure availability and compliance with project standards & stocktake records.

- Team Coordination: Collaborate with site supervisors to ensure all work meets design specifications and adheres to project timelines.

- Contractor Liaison: Coordinate with specialized contractors to ensure timely and quality execution of works.

- Maintain full awareness of daily site activities and progress.

- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure all site work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the designer’s specifications.

- Progress Tracking: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date schedule of site work progress.

- Identify potential risks related to plant health, pest infestations, weather conditions, and supply chain disruptions.

- Plan and optimize the use of land on site for tree planting and landscaping works.

- Plan and oversee the maintenance and operation of landscape greenery for the entire project.

- Act at all times in the best interest of the company and uphold its standards.

Daily Duties

- Conduct morning inspections of all ongoing site activities. Report daily activities and any operational issues to the Project Manager/ Project Director.

- Record daily progress from all contractors and staff.

- Compile and organize project data for reporting and analysis.

- Verify and maintain accurate staff attendance records.

- Assign, arrange, and supervise workers to ensure efficiency and compliance with company regulations. Identify and escalate any concerns related to staff performance or site operations.

- Plan and organize execution, care, maintenance, and replacement of landscaping items as scheduled or per new planting plans.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement landscaping works, ensuring technical standards, quality, progress, and effectiveness.

- Train and develop team leaders and staff in professional and management skills.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in in agriculture, forestry, landscape design, landscaping, biology, or related fields. Golf course landscaping experience is an advantage.

- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in golf maintenance or Golf construction

- Strong understanding of Vietnamese regulations and standards for infrastructure and utilities.

- Knowledge in tree care and maintenance.

- Strong management and training skills; ability to coordinate and supervise labor.

- Good command of English (spoken and written).

- Competent in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.

- Software skills: proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project, MS office.

- Hardworking, proactive, and honest.

- Ability to work under high intensity and handle pressure effectively.

- Strong skills in synthesizing information and preparing reports.

- Good physical health; hardworking and meticulous.

- Willing to work full-time at site in Hưng Yên Province.
