Strategic Sourcing Development
• Develop and implement procurement strategies and sourcing plans for each product category based on business requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop domestic and international supplier networks, including manufacturers, processing plants, and trading companies.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with strategic suppliers to ensure stable supply, consistent quality, and competitive pricing.
• Develop alternative sourcing options to mitigate supply risks and support business expansion.
Procurement Management & Negotiation
• Lead negotiations with suppliers on purchasing prices, volumes, product quality, delivery schedules, and contractual terms.
• Analyze market prices and cost structures to develop optimal sourcing strategies that improve cost efficiency and commercial performance.
• Develop procurement plans aligned with order requirements, seasonal availability, supply capacity, and business forecasts.
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure product availability meets customer requirements and targeted profit margins.
Market & Commodity Analysis
• Research and analyze supply markets, price fluctuations, seasonality, production volumes, and supply-demand trends across relevant product categories.
• Maintain a strong understanding of product characteristics, origins, quality standards, commercial specifications, and agricultural commodity supply chains.
• Assess the impact of foreign exchange rates, logistics costs, import-export policies, and market developments on purchasing costs.
• Recommend sourcing strategies, optimal purchasing timing, cost-saving initiatives, and risk mitigation measures.
Quality Management & Order Fulfillment
• Work with relevant departments to establish and monitor supplier evaluation criteria, product quality standards, and technical specifications.
• Ensure sourced products meet quality standards, commercial specifications, traceability requirements, and export market requirements.
• Monitor purchasing contract execution and coordinate the resolution of issues related to product quality, quantity discrepancies, and delivery delays.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable supply chain operations.
Procurement Systems & Team Development
• Develop and standardize end-to-end procurement procedures, from supplier sourcing and evaluation to supplier selection, contract signing, and execution.
• Establish and maintain supplier databases, purchasing price databases, and supplier performance evaluation systems.
• Develop procurement controls, approval workflows, KPIs, and management reporting systems.
• Recruit, train, and develop the procurement team in line with the company's growth strategy.

Required working experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Commodity Trading, or Supply Chain Management.
• Hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply management of agricultural commodities and food products; experience in cashews, spices, and agricultural raw materials is preferred.
Required Languages:
• Good command of English for communication, negotiation, and collaboration with international partners.
Required knowledge and skills
• An established network of manufacturers, processing plants, trading companies, and suppliers within the relevant industries.
• Strong understanding of supply markets, seasonality, price fluctuations, quality standards, and agricultural commodity supply chains.
• Proven commercial negotiation skills, cost analysis capabilities, contract management expertise, and a track record of optimizing procurement costs.
• Knowledge of import-export operations, Incoterms, logistics, international payments, and supply chain risk management.
• Ability to establish procurement procedures, supplier management systems, purchasing controls, and team development plans.
• Proactive, decisive, systematic, and highly accountable for purchasing performance and business results.
