The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound processes, inventory accuracy, RMA handling, and warehouse safety. This role supervises warehouse staff, optimizes warehouse operations, and works closely with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely product movement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and inventory transactions.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct stock counts, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO principles and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Manage RMA processes, including product returns, replacement, and disposal according to company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff while optimizing workforce productivity.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and other departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce customer complaints.
• Prepare warehouse reports and perform other tasks assigned by management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of warehouse experience, including 3 years in a manager’s role.
• Having experience working at large companies is a major advantage.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and RMA processes.
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Good English or Chinese
