• Master Production Scheduling & Synchronization
• Establish, develop, and regularly update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and detailed production plans.
• Coordinate and sequence production activities across multiple divisions to ensure smooth workflow and synchronized output, particularly for multi-component products (e.g., Upholstery, Metal Frame, and Solid Wood), ensuring all components are ready for final assembly and packaging on time.
• Track daily production performance, identify capacity constraints and operational bottlenecks, and make timely adjustments to production schedules to achieve delivery commitments.
• Material Requirements Planning & Global Logistics Coordination
• Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure material availability in line with production demand.
• Work closely with the affiliated Trading Company in China to develop and coordinate phased material delivery plans, ensuring imported materials arrive according to production schedules.
• Control raw material inventory, track incoming shipments, and analyze material consumption to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Inventory & Flow Optimization
• Drive initiatives to reduce Work-in-Process (WIP) inventory and improve material flow across production workshops.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels across Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods, with a focus on enhancing inventory turnover and reducing holding costs.
• Supervise regular cycle counting and physical stocktaking activities to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Department Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Manage, coach, and develop the PMC team to strengthen departmental capabilities and operational performance.
• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Quality, Warehouse, Production teams, and the external Trading Partner to ensure effective communication and operational alignment.
• Organize and lead daily/weekly production and material planning meetings to review progress, address constraints, and drive timely issue resolution.
• Process Improvement & Systems Management
• Review and continuously enhance production planning, scheduling, and inventory management procedures.
• Maximize ERP system capabilities (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to improve planning accuracy, data consistency, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), including On-Time Delivery, Schedule Attainment, and Inventory Turnover, and implement improvement initiatives to optimize overall performance.

• Required qualifications
• Minimum Academic Requirement: College degree or above in engineering or management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Required working experience
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a PMC/Supply Chain management role, with at least 3 years in a large-scale, complex manufacturing environment (e.g., Furniture, Garmen, Automotive, Electronics, Appliances).
• Required Languages
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Required knowledge and skills
• Demonstrable expertise in managing production synchronization for products with complex Bills of Materials (BOM) across multiple production lines or workshops.
• Strong experience in international supply chain coordination, particularly with Chinese suppliers. Experience with phased deliveries is a plus.
• High proficiency in MRP/MPS principles and hands-on experience with a major ERP system (SAP is highly preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a multicultural setting.
• Preferred: Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and execution ability in planning.
• Clear logical thinking, ability to collect, organize, and analyze data and build a planning database; sensitive to numbers with the ability to detect production data anomalies in time.
• Strong coordination and communication skills; able to handle unexpected anomalies promptly and effectively.
