1. JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced

Production Manager (HSPolytech Factory) to lead and manage end-to-end sole production operations. The position is responsible for achieving key production objectives in

Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Delivery, and Compliance.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Production Management
• Plan, organize, and manage all sole production activities according to orders, capacity, and delivery requirements.
• Manage the full production process, including
• Material Preparation, Mixing/Compounding, Molding/Injection/Compression, Finishing, Inspection, and Packing.
• Monitor capacity, output, efficiency, PPH, and manpower and optimize production lines and processes.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement appropriate solutions to improve productivity.
• Quality & Delivery
• Ensure sole products meet company and customer quality standards.
• Control and reduce defects, rejects, rework, and quality issues related to dimensions, hardness, weight, color, appearance, molding, bonding, etc.
• Ensure production plans and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks that may affect production and delivery.
• Cost & Operational Efficiency
• Control material consumption, scrap, rework, labor, overtime, energy, and production costs.
• Develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
• Work with Engineering and Maintenance teams to improve machine, tooling, and equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Continuous Improvement
• Lead
• Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Line Balancing, Automation, and other continuous improvement projects.
• Drive initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, stabilize processes, and optimize production efficiency.
• Team Management
• Lead and develop the production management team, including
• Production Managers, Supervisors, and Line Leaders.
• Manage manpower planning, skill matrices, training, and succession planning.
• Build a strong, disciplined, and performance-oriented production team.
• Compliance & Customer Management
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements relating to quality, occupational safety, environment, and social compliance.
• Participate in customer factory assessments, audits, improvement meetings, and
• CAP follow-up.
• Coordinate with Planning, IE, Quality, Technical, Material, Engineering, Maintenance, SEA, and HR to resolve production issues.
• Reporting
• Monitor and report
• Production, Quality, Productivity, Cost, Delivery, Manpower, and Safety performance to management.
• Escalate major production risks and issues and propose appropriate corrective and improvement actions.

3. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sports footwear or sole manufacturing.
• Strong experience in production management and factory operations.
• Experience working with global footwear brands is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, productivity improvement, and cost control.
• Fluent English communication skills, including meetings, reporting, and customer interaction.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Proactive, responsible, professional, and able to respond quickly to production issues.
• High integrity and strong sense of ownership.
