OT Cybersecurity Specialist (Ha Noi & Hai Phong)

Working location: The work location can be either Hanoi or Hai Phong

Job Description:

Praxis Automation Technology designs and manufactures ship automation and navigation systems for the maritime industry. We're looking for an OT Cyber Security Specialist to help secure the operational technology behind our vessel automation and navigation platforms.

Your Responsibilities:

- Assess and harden OT/ICS environments across shipboard automation, navigation, and control systems

- Support cybersecurity compliance with IACS UR E26/E27, IEC 62443, and IMO cyber risk management requirements

- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests on OT networks and embedded systems

- Work with engineering teams to build security into system design from the ground up

- Respond to and investigate OT security incidents

Candidate Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, ideally in maritime, industrial, or critical infrastructure environments

- Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST frameworks, or equivalent OT security standards

- Understanding of shipboard networks, PLCs, SCADA, or automation systems is a strong plus

- A degree in cybersecurity, electrical/electronic engineering, or a related technical field

- Fluent English;
