Operation Project Management (OPM) Assistant Supervisor - SHTP Thu Duc

JOB SUMMARY

Lead a team of OPM Specialists in planning and managing various types of projects, including

NPD, Transfer, Cost Down, Design Improvement, Localization, etc. This role ensures seamless factory operations and meets customer needs from the initial project stages to final execution. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of project management to maintain continuous operational efficiency and deliver exceptional results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

1.Hire and develop a group of OPM Specialist staffs and plan for future needs.

2.Setup training and development plan for OPM Specialists.

3.Manage OPM team to lead VN projects and ensure implementing follow schedule. Manage materials & supplier readiness for projects from beginning until Mass Production.

4.Lead VN factory readiness for all Sample Builds and Mass Production to ensure Good

Quality products to be shipped out. Foresee any risk during projects and lead the team to take prevent actions.

5.Communication with customers to adjust the demand, according to project or material status, balance the demand of tools & materials.

6.Continuous evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement in all areas.

University Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or

Education related fields.

• Minimum 2-year experience in Supervisor or Manager position.

Experience • Minimum 4-year experience in project management, material planning, or production planning.

• Good knowledge of ERP software (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft…).

Knowledge • Working well with MS Excel, and other MS Office software.

• Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English.

- Able to manage projects independently with proactive leadership.
