Tuyển dụng Merchandiser Staff tại Hồ Chí Minh

1/ Send photo quotations/product presentations/Performa Invoices to customers.

2/ Create breakdowns accurately and get price approval from team leader.

3/ Arrange samples for customers. Get price approval before sending samples if company pays for freight.

4/ Send and oversee production orders to makers.

5/ Follow up and check shipment status with makers and update customers.

6/ Send customers QA inspection results or schedule inspections with third party.

7/ Send products to the lab for testing if customer requests it.

8/ Confirm carton markings, labels, and shipping marks with customers; place orders to printers/factory.

9/ Coordinate with warehouse by providing packing instructions and follow up on shipment quantities.

10/ Send information to shipping department to book containers.

11/ Remind customers to settle payments. Send debit notes if needed.

12/ Introduce the factory and products to customers and take notes on all their selections during the meeting

13/ Work with design team for sample layout for meeting with customer (if needed).

14/ Request administrative department to arrange transportation for customer visits or hotel accommodations. Send customer information to the administrative department to arrange visas or invitation letters (if required).

1/ At least 2 years of experience as an assistant merchandiser

2/ Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

3/ Ceramics industry experience preferred

4/ Good English communication skills, oral and written

5/ Good computer skills

6/ Must be disciplined and a team player who works well with other departments

7/ Able to work independently, under pressure, and manage tight deadlines

8/ Customer-oriented, collaborative, well-organized, strong negotiation skills

9/ Should be able to work extended hours if required
