• We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead GD Health’s marketing strategy, customer acquisition, brand development, and marketing performance across both the clinic and pharmacy.
• Marketing Strategy: Build marketing plans for both clinic and pharmacy.
• Identify key customer segments and develop appropriate marketing strategies for each.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and healthcare marketing opportunities.
• Branding & Partnership: Develop and maintain GD Health's brand positioning and communication guidelines.
• Strengthen GD Health's positioning as a trusted, convenient, personalized healthcare provider.
• Develop marketing partnerships with schools, universities, hotels...Build community-based healthcare marketing initiatives to generate patient/customer acquisition.
• Performance Marketing: Work with agencies on paid marketing campaigns, monitor key performance metrics.
• Continuously test and optimize campaign creatives, audiences, offers, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
• Allocate marketing budgets based on campaign performance.
• Content & Social Media: Develop GD Health's content strategy across digital channels.
• Build monthly content calendars for clinic and pharmacy.
• Lead content development.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, medical services, FMCG, retail, or consumer services.
• Experience managing performance marketing and customer acquisition.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and agencies.
• Previous team management experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Good understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads, SEO, social media, CRM, and content marketing.
• Strong campaign planning and project management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to connect marketing activities with actual business results.
• Good understanding of customer acquisition funnels.
• Preferred: Healthcare/pharmacy marketing experience.
• Experience launching healthcare services or consumer healthcare products.
• Experience with local/community marketing.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company.
