As a Marketing Executive at APC Group – FnB section, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our Restaurants in Nha trang Area. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns across multiple channels, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement. You will also support event organization and execution to highlight the unique experiences offered on our restaurants.

1. Local Marketing Management: Act as the primary marketing contact for our restaurants — Ambassador Club and Ngon Gallery — across Nha trang City.

2. Marketing Plan Execution: Implement and monitor marketing campaigns developed by the Headquarter Marketing Team at each restaurant, including POSM, banners, menus, vouchers, events, and promotional programs.

3. Brand Management: Ensure consistent application of brand identity and guidelines across all restaurant touchpoints.

4. Digital Content Management: Create and manage localized content for social media and digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and TripAdvisor.

5. Content & Asset Collection: Take photos, shoot videos, and collect customer reviews and feedback to support local marketing activities.

6. Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales Team to support B2B marketing campaigns and develop customer acquisition channels.

7. Event Management: Plan and execute small-scale events and activations at the restaurants.

8. Marketing Analysis & Reporting: Track key marketing performance indicators, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous marketing experience in F&B, restaurants, hotels, or tourism is an advantage. Experience working with multi-location restaurant chains is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Nha trang market or currently living in the area is a strong advantage.
• English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) to work with inbound partners and international guests.

2. Professional Skills

• Good understanding of digital marketing, including managing Facebook Pages, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and TripAdvisor.
• Basic content writing skills, ability to develop creative briefs, and professional-level mobile photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency in basic design tools such as Canva and CapCut to handle urgent local marketing materials and content.
• Experience working with KOLs/KOCs, food bloggers, and media/marketing agencies is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus), Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the ability to read and prepare basic data reports using Excel.
