• Develop and lead the overall Marketing Strategy and Annual Marketing Plan in alignment with ACCESSTRADE’s business strategy, growth priorities and long-term objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, industries and growth levers to strengthen ACCESSTRADE’s market position and business potential.
• Build and continuously improve the Marketing Growth Model, covering brand, demand generation, acquisition, conversion and customer engagement.
• Own and strengthen the ACCESSTRADE brand strategy, positioning and brand equity across key markets and customer segments.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging and customer experience across all communication channels and touchpoints.
• Lead integrated marketing communication across digital, social, content, PR, events and other relevant channels.
• Lead the overall Performance Marketing strategy to generate qualified leads and sustainable customer/publisher acquisition.
• Establish and manage key demand-generation metrics, including MQL volume, MQL quality, conversion rate and CAC.
• Optimize marketing channels, campaigns and investment allocation based on data, performance and ROI.
• Own the Marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources based on strategic priorities, business potential and expected ROI.
• Establish the Marketing KPI framework, performance dashboard and regular business review mechanism.
• Monitor marketing performance and identify gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and lead a high-performing Marketing organization with the appropriate structure, capabilities and operating model to support the company’s growth strategy.
• Recruit, develop, coach and retain high-potential Marketing talent and future leaders.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with strong ownership of business and bottom-line results, particularly across Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Candidates with experience in Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce / Digital Commerce, particularly in Platform, Marketplace, or Tech-enabled Business models, are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Brand Marketing & Performance Marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and manage a master brand / brand architecture.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate data into business and marketing decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Technology products / digital products and the ability to understand product-driven businesses.
• Digital Marketing, including performance-oriented marketing approaches.
• Customer-centric marketing and service.
• Growth Hacking mindset and ability to identify new growth opportunities.
• Strong ROI / commercial mindset, with a focus on marketing effectiveness and business impact.
• English proficiency: Fluent in both written and verbal communication.
