Position Overview

TikTok is where the next generation of brands gets discovered and you'll own the creator engine behind it. As our TikTok Creator Partnerships & Content Specialist, you'll build and lead a network of creators who produce content that drives attention, engagement, and sales across TikTok, Shopify, and Amazon. 
 

What You’ll Do

1. Creator Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Recruit and onboard creators, managing relationships from first contact through ongoing collaboration
• Brief creators clearly on creative direction, brand story, USPs, and actionable feedback to ensure content aligns with our quality standards and creative direction 
• Study top-performing content, trends, and customer behavior to identify winning content angles, hooks, and creative directions 

2. Performance & Growth

• Track content against the metrics that matter: GMV, conversion, and sales impact—not just vanity metrics 
• Scale winning content through paid amplification (Spark Ads, GMV Max) and continuously optimize content performance across TikTok
• Leverage AI and modern creative tools as part of your regular workflow to move faster than manual production allows

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective planning, execution, and progress reporting
• Align with the CEO and COO on priorities, growth opportunities, and business results

Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer coordination, content production, social media, or e-commerce  
• Fluent in English - you'll be working directly with international creators 
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the energy to build relationships with creators
• Sharp eye for content with strong analytical and organizational skills 
• Comfortable working with performance metrics and using data to improve content and creator performance
• Resilient, self-driven, consistent, and genuinely motivated by results

• Probation: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-site)
• Official: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-site)
• Probation Period: 2 months
