We are currently hiring for the following positions

• Position Summary
• The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for machining operations, process optimization, equipment support, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality and efficient production.
• Key Responsibilities
• 1.     Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and related equipment.
• 2.     Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.
• 3.     Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• 4.     Troubleshoot machining and production issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• 5.     Develop and implement process improvements for tooling, fixtures, and machine setups.
• 6.     Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, SOPs, and technical records.
• 7.     Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Product Development teams to ensure manufacturability and product quality.
• 8.     Support new product introduction and process validation activities.
• 9.     Act as primary resource for building out facility and factory workspaces and tooling.
• 10. Maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.
• Requirements
• 1.     Degree or technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Machining, or a related field.
• 2.     Experience with CNC machining, tooling, and process optimization in a manufacturing environment.
• 3.     Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• 4.     Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.
• 5.     Experience in jewelry, precision manufacturing, metal fabrication, or similar industries is an advantage.
• 6.     Basic English communication skills.
• 7.     Detail-oriented, hands-on, and proactive attitude.
