Logistics Sales Manager

BROAD SCOPE:

- Business Development of external customers other than Samsung

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop new business for the company through approaching new business customers

- Develop a new business prospect listing to ensure that future new business development is planned in advance.

- Responsible for the management and handling of the RFQ response documents coming to the company

- Represent the company and its policies to the clients

- Undertake sales presentations to customers and business communities to present to the company and its products and services.

- Undertake cross selling and up selling within existing customer base to further develop account potential through airfreight, sea freight, road freight, value added products and contract logistics.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

- University/College graduated in business/economics/finance/trade, or other related fields

- At least 5 years of experience in Logistics field. Sales experience for logistics is mandatory

- Excellent in English / Good at other languages is an advantage.

- At least 3 'On hand customers' or business opportunities worth USD 700,000 per year

EXPERIENCE:

- At least 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales

SKILLS:

- Computer: Good at Excel, Power point and Words

- Good communication skills: both speaking and writing (email).
