1. Facilitate Training Sessions and Workshops

• Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and educational activities to enhance workforce skills and knowledge.
• Utilize various instructional techniques and formats, including role-playing, simulations, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
• Develop and deliver online courses and webinars to improve training accessibility and convenience.

2. Coordinate Skill Assessments

• Coordinate technical training and skill tests with Production and internal trainers.
• Provide updates and reports on skill test results and plans to HR teams.
• Update skill test results, qualification status and related records.

3. Coordinate Skill Assessments

• Collect photos, videos and information from company events and employee activities.
• Create and publish employer branding content on Connect, Facebook, TikTok and other approved channels.
• Promote company culture, employee activities, training programs and career opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business English.
• Intermediate English skills.
• Computer skill and/or software: MS Office, Canva, Capcut, Power BI.
• At least 1 year experience (work experience as a trainer is a plus) in similar capacity in manufacturing sector.
• Confident in delivering classroom training to technical and non-technical staff.
• Preferred Male candidates.
