• Source new materials for new development under cat. manager request.
• Request for quotations for costing team under sourcing manager request.
• Arrange audit schedule and make audit report after the audit.
• Collect new materials samples & catalog and keep them well in a library for the record.
• Update supplier database every day.
• Make order and track for sample received in the soonest time.
• Meeting with ME, and PD for new development items.
• Meeting with related departments regarding price and quality from suppliers.
• Join sample review.
• Join trade fair, show in local.
• Update knowledge of new materials.
• Sourcing output report monthly.
• Support PD to push sample delivery from suppliers.
• Any INDIRECT sourcing request from all depts
• Sourcing backup suppliers for all DIRECT & INDIRECT material
• Update price to costing team for all current DIRECT & INDIRECT material
• Researching alternative materials, and alternative suppliers, offering improved methods related to materials to increase quality but reduce product costs.

1. Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Wood Processing, Furniture Design, or related fields.

2. Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum

2 years of relevant sourcing experience in furniture industrials.

• Knowledge of sourcing processes and furniture materials.
• Ability to work independently.

3. Skills & Competencies

• Pre-intermediate English.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Good communication, negotiation, time management, and relationship management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and positive attitude.
