Own the coordination and delivery of internal training programs end-to-end, working closely with stakeholders.

Build and continuously improve training processes, templates, and tracking systems.

Manage and consolidate training data, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Drive the integration of training data with performance evaluation systems.

Collect feedback and perform data analysis to evaluate and report on training effectiveness.

Own internal communications before, during, and after training programs (emails, announcements, recaps, etc.).

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Must-have

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or a related HR function.
• Priority given to candidates who have worked at large corporations or large-scale organizations, with exposure to structured, standardized training systems and processes.
• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze problems and ask the right questions.
• Good organizational and communication skills, able to proactively coordinate and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid writing skills for emails, internal announcements, and communication content.
• Ability to independently plan, run, and follow through on internal training programs, not only support under guidance.
• Good English skills: strong reading and writing, and good verbal communication.

Nice-to-have

• Design skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva).
• Prior experience working in IT / technology company environments.
• Strong interest in and long-term commitment to developing a career in L&D/HR.
