JOB DESCRIPTION - Temporary 8-month contract - [Hải Phòng]

Import & Export Operations 

• Process and monitor daily bookings and vessel space with carriers.
• Check booking and PO information and ensure all data is accurately updated in the system.
• Send Booking Advice and vessel schedules to consignees in a timely manner.
• Obtain booking confirmation and release BKCFM to shippers according to the CRD.
• Follow up on SI submission, equipment pickup, and cargo receiving status.
• Prepare and update the Container Loading Plan (CLP) for consolidation shipments.
• Coordinate closely with carriers, warehouses, shippers, and the Documentation Team to resolve daily operational issues.
• Monitor vessel connections and transshipment status, and provide timely shipment updates to customers when required.
• Complete and maintain shipment information in Starlink and CargoWise.
• Issue debit notes/invoices to shippers and arrange payments to carriers/coloaders.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Perform other duties and assignments as required by the Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good command of English (reading and writing are mandatory)
• At least 06 months of relevant working experience in the logistics field.
• Strong numerical skills and familiarity with SOPs; proficiency in Excel; CargoWise experience is a plus.
• Responsible, careful, and detail-oriented.
• Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility for job rotation
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
