• Talent Acquisition, Retention & Management

• Identifies organization/talent needs collaboratively with hiring managers to meet business objectives
• Implements Talent Acquisition Strategy
• Fills critical business positions with “best fit” candidates
• Implements Talent Retention Strategy, including talent assessments and calibration sessions
• Support BU leader to develop leadership capabilities

• Organizational Development

• Monitors spans and layers and facilitates the design of structures and reporting relationships that match organizational strategies & goals
• Defines and disseminates best practices throughout the organization
• Facilitates organization effectiveness strategies that improve business performance including work analysis and redesign to establish clear standards for excellent performance (job descriptions, competencies, etc.)
• Implements processes, programs, models and tools to support Organizational Development, as well as associate and leadership development

3. Learning & Development

• Works closely with Vice President - Human Resources Asia/Pacific & regional HR manager to coordinate training programs that provide associates with value-added outcomes        
• Implements learning materials/programs that maximize the potential, performance, and creativity of every associate
• Assess associates’ needs for development
• Supports Managers in providing developmental assistance for associates

4. HR Strategy Formulation & Implementation

• Contributes HR data and judgment to the organization’s major strategic decisions and investments
• Continuously develops ideas for leveraging HR as a competitive advantage
• Generates alliances with internal and external partners that enables the HR function to supply appropriate products & services
• Works closely with regional HR manager to implement Corporate and Regional HR policies and procedures, including global & local HR initiatives

5. Associate Relations

• Reviews and implements HR policies and procedures for plant and office, ensuring alignment and consistency of these policies and procedures as necessary
• Ensures all HR policies and procedures are communicated to and understood by all associates
• Investigates associate concerns and makes recommendations to managers about the appropriate course of action to take
• Takes a proactive approach to conflict resolution
• Monitors internal and external changes in laws and policies, and applies an understanding of key legal precedents and compliance requirements to protect the interests of the organization and its associates
• Ensures HR policies and practices (including Health and Safety) are in compliance to Government legislation and in line with industry norms and practices to motivate and retain key associates

6. Total Rewards

• Works closely with Regional HR manager to implement Total Rewards strategy
• Obtains and analyzes market data to identify trends; assesses compensation program against external market to ensure the organization remains competitive
• Manages merit & annual incentive plan programs using Corporate guidelines
• Makes compensation recommendations

7. Performance Management

• Facilitates Performance & Development Process (PDP) and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for all associates
• Consults with leaders on performance improvement needs in their department
• Equips leaders with the ability to conduct performance assessments
• Works closely with HR Director to implement the performance management strategy to increase the performance capability of individual contributors and teams

8. Payroll

• Oversees payroll function and reporting
• Ensures that regulations are adhere to

9. Recruitment

• Oversee all recruitment needs in consultation with hiring managers
• Oversees new associate orientation program to integrate new hires

10. Engagement

• Oversees and drives VN engagement initiatives
• Oversees focus groups discussions to support action planning

11. Projects

• Participates in HR projects as required

12. Business Acumen

Applies and understanding of the organization’s vision of the company, products, key competitors, and customers to provide valued insights to the business team

Yêu cầu công việc

• Business Degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources function with level Manager
• Working experience with international companies and exposed to international HR environment and systems.
• Hands-on experience in personnel management, performance management system, compensation and benefits administration.
• Good interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Good network with headhunters, HR consultants, government labor bureaus
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of HR database.
• Fluent English
• Regional travel required.
