JOB PURPOSE:

This section should summarise the purpose of the role, its’ level of business responsibility and strategic input to the business

HRBP works closely with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organisational objectives. Acting as the point of people expertise for their business area.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as HR Business Partner for the assigned functions, serve as the first point of contact for them
• Delivery of HR strategy to business leader
• Identifying business challenges and opportunities
• Manage the internal client relationships to understand business goals, anticipate talent needs and translate them into valuable outcomes
• Identify and escalate HR concerns and risks, resolve requests, concerns and inquiries
• Conducting team facilitation/team coaching sessions (on demand) to achieve synergy through the involvement of team members in decision-making and execution
• Be part of implementation the Talent & Development strategy to the business, translating strategy into a robust plan which ensures development needs are met for the individual and organisation
• Conduct talent management conversations with key business stakeholders to ensure any talent is identified, with relevant development agreed, and succession plans are up to date and accurate in line with the Cedo Performance Management Process
• Develop & implement group standard engagement processes taking into account local entity differences

Yêu cầu công việc

• HR Qualification (CIPD or equivalent)
• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced FMCG or equivalent organization
• Knowledge of local labour legislation including HR records keeping
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills
• Experience of managing and implementing change
• Results driven
• Pro-active, energetic, resilient and flexible
