1. Market Research & Retail Strategy

- Conduct market research, analyze competitors and consumer trends, and identify growth opportunities in Vietnam's beauty retail market.

- Develop market entry strategies, retail positioning, business plans, and nationwide expansion roadmaps.

- Define store formats, target customers, and commercially viable retail models.

2. Site Selection & Store Expansion

- Identify and evaluate potential locations based on customer demographics, footfall, rental costs, and sales potential.

- Lead lease negotiations, investment feasibility assessments, and Capex planning.

- Manage the end-to-end New Store Opening (NSO) process, from location selection to store launch.

3. Retail Business Development & Financial Management

- Build store-level financial models and evaluate ROI, break-even points, payback periods, and profitability.

- Manage retail P&L, budgets, sales targets, gross margins, and operating costs.

- Evaluate initial store performance and develop strategies to scale successful store formats.

4. Retail Operations & Infrastructure

- Build retail SOPs, store management processes, operational standards, and performance KPIs from scratch.

- Establish inventory management, demand forecasting, replenishment, and stock control processes.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to ensure effective retail execution.

5. Team Leadership & Brand Experience

- Build and lead the retail expansion and store operations teams.

- Establish visual merchandising, store layout, customer service, and in-store execution standards.

- Drive continuous improvement in store performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

- At least 8-10 years of experience in retail operations management, with a proven track record as a Retail Director, Head of Retail, or Senior Operations Manager scaling multi-store retail chains.

- Deep domain expertise in fast-paced lifestyle retail chains (e.g., Miniso, KKV, Mumuso, Watsons, Guardian, or large-scale beauty/fashion chains).

- Proven experience in spearheading New Store Openings (NSO) and building retail infrastructure/SOPs from scratch.

- Strong financial acumen (P&L management, budgeting, ROI analysis) and strategic site-scouting / lease negotiation capabilities.

- Exceptional leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.

- Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Good in English. Ability to speak Chinese is a strong plus.

- Flexibility to travel or work shifts/weekends according to retail store operations.
