Job Summary:

Lead the end-to-end production and supply planning process for Domestic and Export markets, translating demand into feasible production, outsourcing, inventory, and distribution plans while balancing customer service, capacity, cost, and inventory health. 

• Own the monthly and weekly Master Production Schedule and coordinate execution across internal production and outsource filling partners.  
• Align demand, available capacity, material readiness, finished-goods inventory, and distribution requirements.  
• Lead exception management, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement of planning processes and systems.  

Supply Planning and Market Fulfilment 

• Validate supply plans for Domestic and Export markets against demand, inventory targets, capacity, material availability, and business priorities.  
• Coordinate stock-transfer requirements to the Northern region based on approved forecasts, inventory positions, and actual consumption.  
• Coordinate shipment readiness and committed ETDs with Logistics, Procurement, Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Customer Service.  
• Lead resolution and escalation of supply-demand imbalances and communicate recovery plans.  

Master Production Scheduling and Capacity Management 

• Lead monthly and weekly production planning for internal production and outsource filling partners.  
• Balance demand priorities with capacity, campaign requirements, material availability, inventory targets, and operational constraints.  
• Review schedule adherence and authorize or recommend replanning when conditions change.  
• Identify special customer or product requirements that affect production feasibility and timing.  

Planning Systems and Master Data Governance 

• Own the integrity of MPS-related planning parameters and master data within the assigned scope.  
• Monitor MPS outputs in SAP, investigate exceptions, document issues, and coordinate resolution with SAP team, CMC and process owners.  
• Establish controls and periodic reviews to prevent recurring planning-data errors.  

Inventory, Performance, and Continuous Improvement 

• Lead preventive and corrective actions for slow-moving and obsolete inventory, including root-cause analysis and action tracking.  
• Manage supply constraints, finished-goods storage limitations, and other planning exceptions through cross-functional decisions.  
• Define, monitor, and improve agreed supply-planning KPIs, reporting performance gaps and corrective actions.  
• Lead or support process standardization, automation, and cross-functional improvement projects.  

Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management 

• Set priorities, allocate work, coach team members, and ensure timely, accurate planning deliverables.  
• Build effective working relationships and provide clear decision support to cross-functional stakeholders.  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, internal controls, and applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualification & Certification 

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.  
• Strong working knowledge of SAP production planning and MPS processes; knowledge of PP and related planning master data is preferred.  

Background & Experience 

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in production planning, supply planning, or related supply-chain roles, preferably in manufacturing.  
• At least 2 years in a people-management, team-lead, or senior planning position.  

Professional skills & Personal skills 

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical reporting skills; Power BI or other data-visualization experience is preferred.  
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory management, contract manufacturing, and demand-supply balancing.  
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder-management skills.  
• Ability to manage priorities, resolve exceptions, and make informed decisions in a dynamic operating environment.
