About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Mortgage Platform – Personal Banking Division, responsible for analysing business needs, designing and improving processes, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions for Product, Technology, Data and Operations teams.

The role focuses on improving the management and performance of the mortgage customer portfolio, covering customers across the active loan lifecycle as well as customers who have completed their mortgage journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse portfolio performance and customer segments to identify root causes of customer delinquency, financial distress or customer attrition after mortgage completion.
• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements from the Product Owner and relevant business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria that can be delivered by Technology teams.
• Design and optimise current-state and future-state processes, business rules and control requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes related to portfolio monitoring, customer segmentation, remediation, collateral management and operational execution.
• Define and document process flows, data requirements, KPIs and monitoring / Early Warning System requirements.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, defect management and release readiness.
• Work closely with Business, Risk, Finance, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology and Data teams to align requirements and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation and ensure end-to-end traceability from business requirements through solution delivery and implementation.
• Consolidate user feedback, portfolio insights and data findings into actionable requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis or Process Design.
• Experience in Retail Lending, Credit, Banking or another regulated high-volume environment.
• Experience in portfolio management, collections or remediation is highly preferred.

• Customer-focused, results-oriented and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Direct mortgage experience is an advantage; detailed mortgage knowledge can be developed on the job.
