1. Bring insights to light

• Break down ambiguous problems with structured thinking and lay out the hypotheses that guide the analysis.
• Set direction: validate assumptions and build the projections and targets for your workstream.
• Own experiment read-outs — synthesize "what happened / why / what next" into clear recommendations.
• 2. Analytics & Modeling
• Own the analysis end-to-end: drive it with BI — define the questions, shape the work, interpret the results — and leverage AI to pull data yourself where needed.
• Own the trackers and dashboards behind recurring decisions; keep the numbers accurate, consistent, and management-ready.
• 3. Execution & Project Management
• Own delivery of your initiatives: define tracking, run reviews, manage budget and subsidy levers, and drive next actions to close.
• Design and lead A/B tests or controlled rollouts, then own the scaling recommendation.
• Own the working relationships with cross functions — aligning them behind your recommendations.
• 4. Communication & Storytelling
• Turn complex analysis into a top-down narrative via slides and email: storyline, key insights, risks, and a clear decision ask.
• Present to senior stakeholders and drive the strategic conversation — clear and credible enough to shape decisions.
• Share updates early to unblock stakeholders and speed up iteration.

Yêu cầu công việc

Relevant experience in a demanding analytical or strategy role — management consulting, growth strategy or a comparable background — enough to own a workstream with limited direction.

Strong analytical foundation: comfortable with numbers, structured problem-solving, and making decisions with imperfect information.

Solid GSheet/Excel skills (modeling, trackers, clean logic) with high attention to detail and data accuracy.

Clear communication: explains insights logically (written and verbal) and works smoothly with senior stakeholders.

Ownership mindset: reliable, proactive, self-driven; comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Resilience & growth mindset: thrives in a high-speed, high-stakes environment; stays calm under pressure, absorbs feedback quickly, and iterates fast in a direct-feedback culture.

Prior exposure to e-commerce, performance marketing, or cross-functional project work.
