Responsible for end-to-end partner acquisition and onboarding activities to achieve assigned business targets

Lead and manage acquisition workforce activities to ensure a healthy acquisition pipeline, partner conversion, and onboarding performance

Train and coach acquisition team members to improve partner engagement quality, communication effectiveness, and team performance

Prepare and deliver reports for acquisition productivity and efficiency

Monitor and analyze performance to identify gaps, propose solutions for optimization, and drive continuous improvement

Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, partner onboarding, and target achievement

Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields

At least 2 years of experience in partner management, key account management, customer success, or commercial operations within logistics, e-commerce, or similar industries

Good understanding of sales funnel management and performance tracking

Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and operational dashboards

Proactive, execution-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
