• Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Facility Vice Manager ($1,200, ID 21653):

- Infrastructure & Facility Operations

• Execute systematic physical inspections across administrative buildings, office quarters, and shared plant facilities to ensure operational readiness.
• Identify potential technical failures early; design preventative maintenance blueprints and supervise contractor execution for electrical, plumbing, and structural maintenance.
• Inspect completed repair work submitted by third-party technical vendors to ensure alignment with corporate quality benchmarks.

- Asset Tracking & Office Administration

• Control inventory logs, relocation procedures, and setup tasks for corporate office machinery, equipment, and administrative fixed assets.
• Track consumption metrics for daily consumable supplies and manage timely replenishment plans to support seamless office routines.

- Vendor Management & Procurement Support

• Direct and monitor external service contractors handling facility maintenance, janitorial duties, landscaping, waste disposal, pest control, and utility servicing.
• Solicit competitive cost quotations, perform initial vendor evaluations, and execute purchasing protocols for General Affairs requisitions.
• Archival and systematic tracking of all GA-related service contracts, maintenance logs, and compliance records.

- Cross-Functional & Team Support

• Coordinate internal corporate functions, workplace layout readjustments, and champion site-wide 5S and environmental safety drives.

• Gender: Male. Age range: 28 – 35 years old.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or equivalent technical fields.
• At least 5 years of hands-on technical or operational experience within manufacturing plant environments.
• A minimum of 2 years in a equivalent supervisory or senior role specifically managing plant office facilities, electrical/mechanical utilities, and capital assets.
• Good at English (spoken and written).
