• Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Project Manager (Industrial Construction, $2,000, ID 22730):
• Spearhead daily operational execution on location as the direct representative of the Project Owner (General Director), steering the lifecycle from administrative framework and architectural design through structural construction, machinery setup, operational relocation, and initial production startup.
• Harmonize workflows across internal functional units, corporate group divisions, and external stakeholders including engineering firms, main contractors, legal/tax consultants, industrial zone authorities, utility providers, and relocation contractors.
• Formulate and upkeep the comprehensive master schedule utilizing MS Project, tracking critical paths across permits, engineering, construction, and migration phases while proactively issuing variance alerts.
• Consolidate and critically evaluate departmental space, workflow, utility, and machinery specifications, translating them alongside design consultants into comprehensive layouts and engineering specifications.
• Partner with the Purchasing department to drive vendor sourcing, contractor evaluations, scope verifications, exclusion reviews, and variation order validations prior to final authorization.
• Maintain stringent adherence to approved CAPEX allocations by tracking financial commitments, updating completion forecasts, and submitting budgetary adjustments to the Steering Committee.
• Navigate administrative and legal milestones alongside corporate advisors, securing land sublease transfers, LURC, IRC and ERC amendments, construction permits, environmental clearances, and fire safety approvals.
• Monitor construction progress, execution standards, worksite safety, and inter-trade coordination, culminating in a formal handover utilizing structured punch lists and as-built documentation.
• Plan and sequence asset transfers—including machinery, tooling, and inventory—while pre-building safety stock to guarantee uninterrupted customer fulfillment and executing final clearance of the facility.
• Author and deliver monthly updates to the Steering Committee detailing baseline progress, financial forecasts, risk logs, and required resolutions, alongside weekly escalation briefings to the General Director.
• Embed ecological targets into design and construction frameworks to support corporate sustainability initiatives, including the acquisition of LEED certification.
• Authorized to flag operational bottlenecks or schedule deviations directly to the Steering Committee.
• Restricted from committing expenditures outside approved financial baselines without direct validation from the General Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Male, approximately 45 years old.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly in factory construction, factory setup, facility projects or new factory implementation.
• Proven experience managing projects involving new manufacturing / assembly factories, preferably in plastic, component manufacturing or related industrial sectors.
• Experience in managing factory construction, renovation, equipment installation, production relocation and production start-up.
• Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and cross-functional internal teams.
• Experience with project planning, budget/CAPEX control, construction progress monitoring and risk management.
• Strong understanding of factory layout, construction activities, utilities, equipment installation and manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Good at English.
