Overview

Manage, control and enforce salary work, labor management, labor legislation, social insurance work, personal income tax to ensure compliance with state regulations labor and increase efficiency in human resource management to ensure compliance with the government's policy about labor and increase efficiency in human resource management.

Responsibility

• Participate in planning and implementing annual salary, bonus and welfare payment.
• Monitoring and implementing periodic social insurance, personal income tax.
• Build, develop, and maintain employee information storage system.
• Monitoring and implementing the company's labor management & labor legislation.
• Manage and archive all job descriptions of company employees.
• Participate in consulting, guiding, informing and answering employees of the company on issues related to labor legislation, processes and policies of the company's human resources functions.
• Support Subsidiaries to work within the above scope of work according to the Division's HR deployment plan from time to time and / or when required
• Operations Budget Control - Control the Company’s cost and expenditures for the business of group functional units.
• Consolidate, analyze, and prepare periodic reports on workforce, personnel costs, and HR budget utilization for the Company/Group to support management and decision-making purposes.

Background / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields are preferable
• At least 5 years of experience in an equivalent position.
• Experience in ERP systems
• Experience in real estate is a plus.
• Proficiency in English

• Deep knowledge in Labor Law, Law on Personal Income Tax, Law on Social Insurance - Health Insurance;
