Deputy Manager (Process Engineering)

Position Summary

Support the Process Engineering Manager in improving manufacturing processes, solving technical issues, leading the engineering team, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to achieve quality, productivity, and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Support engineering projects and provide technical solutions.

- Design and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, layouts, and traceability systems.

- Improve production yield, troubleshoot process issues, and optimize process parameters.

- Conduct testing, data analysis, DOE, and process evaluations.

- Prepare technical documents such as SOPs, FMEA, DFM, QCP, and engineering reports.

- Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirement

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related Engineering fields.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Engineering or manufacturing, including 2 years in a supervisory role.

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and 8D.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

*** Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM; Two Saturdays and all Sundays off each month.
