Formal people-management experience is not required. • Working proficiency in both Vietnamese and English is required. The incumbent must be able to conduct technical discussions in Vietnamese and communicate with international stakeholders in English through meetings, emails, presentations, and reports. • Comfortable working with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams across cultures and time zones, and willing to travel when required.
