• About the Role
• We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our Operations Analytics team at a financial services company. You'll support the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, data marts, and dashboards that drive performance tracking and reporting across a broad range of operational functions — including customer service, repayment, disbursement, loan management, and reconciliation, among others.
• Responsibilities
• Write and optimize SQL queries against Oracle and StarRocks data warehouses
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards (call performance, agent performance, ticket complaints, loan disbursals, ETL monitoring)
• Assist in designing and refining data marts and dimensional models for operations
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and data extracts to support operational decision-making
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between source systems and reporting outputs
• Monitor pipeline health and troubleshoot data quality issues
• Document data definitions, pipeline logic, and dashboard specifications for team reference
• Collaborate with the team on data pipeline design and version control
• 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role
• Solid SQL skills; comfortable writing complex queries and debugging data issues
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Power BI
• Basic understanding of ETL/data pipeline concepts
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Detail-oriented, comfortable with iterative debugging and root-cause analysis
