• Support customers via live chat, email, and other support channels.
• Understand customer questions and provide clear, accurate, and friendly solutions.
• Guide merchants on how to install, configure, and use our Shopify Apps.
• Collect necessary information and reproduce customer issues before escalating them to the Development team.
• Assist the development team in gathering customer feedback, refining the product backlog, and conducting product testing.
• Create or improve FAQs, help articles, and internal support documentation.
• Handle additional tasks as needed (about 10% of your workload).

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in technology or e-commerce, preferably working with Shopify apps.
• Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 7.0 or equivalent (both written and verbal).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and eCommerce platforms.
• Ability to understand customer problems and explain solutions in a simple and clear way.
• Responsible, patient, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable working with web applications and learning technical concepts.

A technical or eCommerce background is not required, but an interest in technology and SaaS products is highly appreciated.

Nice to Have

Candidates are highly encouraged to apply if they have:

• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with web-based customer support tools, such as Crisp, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
• Prior experience in Shopify customer support, and e-commerce is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus point.
