• Receive, respond to, and handle customer inquiries through OA/Chat and email channels;
• Support sellers in setting up and managing stores on MiniApp/MiniShop; provide guidance on store onboarding, explain platform policies and regulations, and resolve operational issues;
• Handle complaints and act as a liaison between buyers and sellers; promptly escalate critical cases involving counterfeit products, fraud, or scams;
• Process support tickets and collaborate with Technical, Legal, and Content teams to resolve application-related issues and ensure timely customer support;
• Maintain and update customer data in the system; prepare service performance reports, analyze customer feedback, and recommend improvements to processes and policies;
• Proactively follow up with customers after transactions to collect feedback and enhance customer satisfaction and retention;
• Perform content moderation for MiniApps by reviewing product information, images, and descriptions to ensure compliance with platform policies and content standards.

• Consulting/customer service experience preferred;
• Effective communication, integrity, logical and systematic thinking;
• Hardworking and eager to learn;
• Sociable and patient at work;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
• Fresh graduates are welcome if highly motivated.
