Tuyển dụng Customer Service Executive tại Hồ Chí Minh

Communicate with customers via Etsy, Shopify chatbox, email, and phone to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding customer experiences.

Coordinate and follow up with logistics partners and fulfillment centers in the US to ensure timely and accurate shipments.

Manage and update daily inventory data from the US warehouse.

Track and maintain container schedules, including estimated arrival dates and status updates.

Support internal teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) by providing customer feedback and insights.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor.

Work from home available.

Work schedule

• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM — Main shift
• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM — Main shift
• 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM — Main shift
• 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM — Support shift
• Working time: 8 hours/shift, 6 days/week, rotate shifts every 2 weeks.
• Training offline (about 1 month) : 88 Nguyễn Gia Trí, Thạnh Mỹ Tây, Bình Thạnh, TP.HCM
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken (100% of our customers are native English speakers).
• Able to work rotating shifts, including day and night when required (additional pay applies).
• Comfortable using a personal laptop for remote work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and problem-solve independently.
• Team-oriented, open-minded, and eager to grow and learn.
• Willingness to work on public holidays (with compensation or additional benefits).

No experience required, but preferred if

• Have previous experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce or with international clients.
• Have worked in the furniture or home decor industry.
