Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the team, foster collaboration, and ensure effective coordination and timely completion of tasks

• Manage client relationships, follow up on opportunities, and develop new business

• Work with the CEO and department leaders on clients, projects, proposals, and business opportunities

• Oversee proposals, pricing, contracts, invoicing, payment follow-up, and other commercial matters

• Monitor project fees, account status, and commercial performance to support business growth and profitability

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields

• Overseas study or experience with international clients or multicultural environments is an advantage

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, commercial, sales, or related roles, with experience in business growth and strategy.

• Strong English communication skills; relevant English certifications are an advantage

• Strong skills in Business Development, Business Consulting, Market Research, Relationship Management, Commercial Analysis, Negotiation, and Client Management

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, relevant business and research tools, and AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, coordinate, and motivate team members

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with the CEO, Team Leaders, and other departments
