I. Job Purpose
Design, implement, and evaluate training, capability development, and performance management programs to ensure employees achieve both individual and organizational goals. Act as a bridge between business strategy, workforce capability, and execution effectiveness.

II. Summary
• Analysis & Design: Identify skill gaps (TNA) and design training programs based on frameworks such as ADDIE, 70-20-10, and E-learning.
• Delivery & Evaluation: Organize multi-channel training and measure effectiveness 
• Performance Management: Support KPI standardization, performance reviews, goal setting, and connect performance data with training plans.

Detailed Tasks:
1. Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
• Proactively work with managers to identify skill gaps.
• Use survey and performance data to prepare regular training needs reports.
2. Design & Delivery (L&D Delivery):
• Develop diverse learning materials (E-learning, workbooks, coaching).
• Deliver training sessions or coordinate with internal & external trainers to ensure engagement and a good learning experience.
• Closely monitor how knowledge is applied at work and propose timely improvements.
3. Performance Management (KPI):
• Standardize and implement end-to-end KPI processes, from goal setting to final evaluation.
• Connect performance data with training (data-driven L&D) to focus on key capability gaps.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience:
o 3–5 years in L&D / OD / Performance Management.
o Experience in competency modeling and KPI systems preferred.
• Tools: HRIS, LMS, Canva, Excel.
• Language: Chinese or English.
