I.                Role overview:

·   Ensure retail operations are executed effectively and consistently aligned with brand standards and business objectives.

·   Oversee merchandise display and in-store execution to support product launches and marketing campaigns.

·   Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (Visual Merchandise, Marketing, Retail Operations, QC, Training, CS...) to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

·   Lead new store openings projects, store transferring projects, renovations, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen brand presence in the market.

·   Each task (even minimal) requires a general process to work with Principal: proposal / execution / report

II.              Job description:

·   Store Opening & Renovation Projects

- Collaborate with Principals on new store openings/renovations (layout, design, timeline).

- Coordinate with internal teams on setup, training, and handover (system, account, floor execution)

- Follow up on store opening progress to ensure quality and brand standards before launch.

·   Product & Merchandise

- Align with VM team & regional teams to ensure correct execution of display guidelines for new launches.

- Work with Retail Operations teams to ensure stores are ready for product introduction.

- Coordinate with Marketing team to deploy in-store marketing activities (promotion, activation...)

- Ensure promotions are accurate and comply with global guidelines.

·   Brand Image & Standards

- Ensure stores consistently meet brand standards in cleanliness, display, and customer experience.

- Monitor VM guideline implementation and provide feedback for corrections.

- Check store facilities, fixtures, and furniture; coordinate maintenance and repairs when needed.

·   Customer insights & Operational Excellence

- Address customer complaints, issues, and inquiries in coordination with Retail Operations / CS teams.

- Reports & Administration

- Prepare and submit required reports to line manager in a timely manner.

- Support ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, or related fields (preferred).

· Minimum 1 years’ experience in 1 of areas: retail / operation / merchandise / trade marketing.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

· Good communication, market observation, and problem-solving abilities.

· Good communication in English (both written and spoken).

· Good at Microsoft Office (Excel) – a must.
