The Chief Accountant is responsible for managing the Company’s accounting, tax, statutory reporting, financial controls, and day-to-day finance operations.

• Accounting and Financial Reporting: Organize and manage the Company’s accounting system in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and applicable regulations.
• International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) were required, and the specific financial reporting requirements of the joint venture partners/shareholders. Prepare financial information and analysis required by management
• Tax and Statutory Compliance: Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and submission of all applicable tax declarations and statutory reports.
• Treasury and Working-Capital Management: Monitor the Company’s daily cash position, bank balances, cash-flow requirements, and funding needs. Prepare short-term and medium-term cash-flow forecasts.
• HR & Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration and Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and other employee-related statutory obligations.
• Budgeting and Management Support
• Internal Controls and Corporate Governance
• Audit and Stakeholder Coordination
• Finance Team Management by leading and developing the local finance team

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor´s degree or above in accounting, and finance.
• 3+ years as Finance Manager in Vietnam.
• Familiar with Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in English preferred.
• Experience in a foreign-invested company, joint venture, logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or agency business is an advantage.
• Valid Vietnamese Chief Accountant Certificate
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA or equivalent are an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting or ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
