About the Role

• We are seeking an Executive/Senior Executive to join our team at Con Cung JSC. This role focuses on strengthening internal controls, managing business and technology risks, ensuring compliance, and driving business improvements through process optimization and transformation initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of risk and control principles, and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver practical solutions.
• Reporting directly to the Senior Internal Control Manager, this position offers opportunities for professional growth and meaningful contributions to the Company’s governance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• 1. Internal Control & Risk Management
• Assess business risks and control gaps; recommend and support the implementation of practical, risk-based controls.
• Conduct compliance reviews, evaluate control effectiveness and monitor remediation actions.
• Assess risks and controls related to data governance, ITGC, information security, cybersecurity and AI governance, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Leverage data analytics to identify risks, monitor key indicators and support informed decision-making.
• 2. Process Improvement & Transformation
• Review and improve end-to-end business processes, SOPs, accountability and decision rights to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead or support business transformation initiatives focusing on process simplification, operating model optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, change implementation and continuous improvement, while integrating appropriate governance and control requirements into business initiatives.

Experiences

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for Executive level, or 4 years for Senior Executive level, in internal control, risk management, process improvement, business transformation, consulting or external audit. Big Four experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in risk assessment, internal controls and business process improvement.
• Basic understanding of data governance, ITGC and information security risks; knowledge of cybersecurity and AI governance is an advantage.
• Retail or e-commerce industry experience is preferred.
• Qualifications
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields;
• Professional Certifications: CIA, CISA, ACCA, CPA or relevant governance and process improvement certifications are a plus.
