Job Summary

Responsible for developing business growth strategies, managing bidding activities, contract administration, project development, customer relationship management and resource coordination within the Business Development & Contract Department to ensure achievement of revenue targets, operational efficiency and successful project execution.

Accountability & Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Market Expansion

• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans.

• Identify business opportunities and maintain strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• Monitor market trends, competitors and industry developments.

2. Tender & Contract Management

• Oversee bidding activities, proposal strategy and Bid/No Bid decisions.

• Review commercial and contractual requirements, risks and obligations.

• Support customer negotiations and contract execution activities.

3. Cross Functional Coordination & Resource Management

• Coordinate and align activities among Project Management, Bidding, SCM, Contract Management, Purchasing and related departments to support business and project objectives.

• Manage department resources and monitor overall team performance.

• Support issue resolution and business objectives achievement.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education

• Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related disciplines.

Language

• Vietnamese, English.

Qualification

• Strong leadership and people management capability with experience managing cross functional teams in EPC or industrial project environments.

• Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle, bidding strategy, contract administration and project execution models.

• Strong commercial awareness with experience in contract negotiation, customer relationship management and business development activities.

• Knowledge of risk management, resource planning and decision making in complex project environments.

Computer

• MS Office, ERP system, Project tools.

Experience

• Minimum 8 to 12 years experience in Oil & Gas/EPC/Fabrication industry including minimum 5 years in managerial role.

Others

• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, API Q1, API Spec 2B, customer audit and supplier management.
