Job Summary

The Factory Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial idealization through to completion. Factory manager coordinates people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.

Job Description

Accountability & Responsibilities

• Managing all the projects of the factory.

• Cooperate with subcontractor to control and completion as approved contract.

• To provide high level leadership, client visibility and strategic direction on the projects.

• To manage the project staff thus ensuring the project is delivered safely, to specification, on time and within budget, so that the client is satisfied, and the company achieves or exceeds planned financial goals.

• To ensure that standards of excellence in construction project execution and safety are continuously improved.

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end of the full life cycle of the project.

• Ability to work directly with senior management and stakeholders to clearly define project scope, objectives, goals, timelines, resources, and key project deliverables.

• Oversee knowledge transfer activities to Business Development and Operational teams.

• Apply factory management principles to the ongoing continuous improvement of the department.

• Supports the Sales commercial team in the collection and analysis of client data and satisfaction surveys.

• Promptly respond to customer calls in a professional manner.

• Processes the orders of customers accordingly.

• Resolves all customer issues and complaints in an orderly fashion.

• Provides information to customers regarding the company's products and services.

• Identifying opportunities on which to submit bids and feeding into the decision over whether to bid for the project.

• Working with key members of the factory team and the client organization to obtain the information required to compile the bid (in the construction industry, members of the project team may include estimators, quantity surveyors, design managers and project managers).

• Researching current and future market trends.

• Responding to clients’ and other stakeholders’ queries before, during and after the bid has been submitted.

• Managing all the factory teams such as production, planning, engineering, training & lean, Equipment & tools and warehouse.

• Other tasks assigned by the BOD.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Language

• Vietnamese/English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing).

Qualification

• Major in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Excellent knowledge of PMP, APQP4WIND, GWO, ISO 9001, API Q1, API 2B, 14001, 45001 etc.

Computer Skill

• Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, P6.

Experience

• At least 8 years of experience. Preference for experience in wind tower production and steel structures or similar industries.

• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
