JOB MISSION

The Associate Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for driving Garmin Vietnam’s social media and digital communications, with a strong focus on content execution, digital campaign management, and performance optimization.

This role works closely with internal, regional, and external partners (Digital agency, Designer & KOL) to deliver effective, data-driven social and digital campaigns that strengthen brand engagement, maximize digital performance, and support overall marketing and business objectives.

DESCRIPTION

1. SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT

• Develop social media strategies, content calendars, and content for local organic assets, and work with the design team to execute across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.

• Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team, regional team and sales team to develop social campaigns that help achieve marketing goals.

• Support KOL activations and online exposure to amplify content reach and drive brand engagement on social media.

• Manage social paid activities and monitor performance.

2. DIGITAL CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.

• Lead daily communication with agencies for the execution of display and programmatic formats, closely monitor their performance to ensure campaign KPIs are achieved.

• Monitor and track campaign performance using analytics and data tools such as Ad Dashboard, Google

Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.

• Analyze ongoing campaigns based on performance data and proactively provide strategic recommendations to achieve campaign goals and improve performance.

• Manage budgets and optimize ads, including planning budget allocation and pacing, setting up audience targeting, and running A/B tests.

• Stay updated on digital trends, customer insights, and industry benchmarks to provide input for digital strategy development.

• Conduct weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reports for all digital campaigns.

3. OTHERS

• Other admin tasks assigned: follow up with different stakeholders to prepare documents for contracts/ payment process & ensure to complete in a timely manner.

• Undertake ad-hoc relevant tasks as required from Line Manager.

• Bachelor's Degree in related field

• Passion for sports, outdoor are plus

• 3-5 years of experience in Marcom, Digital Marketing, or an Agency environment

• Hands-on experience in content, digital campaign, marketing data-driven

• Having experience in Tiktok/e-commerce and Youtube are plus

• Good sense of advertisement, communication and design with good analytical and strategic planning skills

• Advanced English, with good communication and presentation skills

• Positive & pro-active working attitude, ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, and responsible
