Product Marketing & Market Analysis

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and integrated marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.

• Lead end-to-end product launch planning and execution, ensuring alignment with regional strategy and local market opportunities.

• Translate product features and innovations into compelling consumer value propositions and marketing narratives.

• Monitor campaign performance and key business metrics, providing recommendations to optimize effectiveness and ROI.

Market & Business Analysis

• Analyze campaign performance, market trends, consumer insights, sales data, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and business risks.

• Continuously monitor industry developments and evolving consumer behaviors to strengthen Garmin's market position.

• Proactively identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives to accelerate category performance.

Partnership & Sponsorship

• Serve as the key liaison for sponsored athletes, ambassadors, event organizers, and strategic partners.

• Ensure successful execution of sponsorship activities and fulfillment of partnership commitments.

• Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities that expand Garmin's reach and enhance business impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Channel Marketing, MarCom, Regional Product Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives.

• Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining alignment on timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes.

Regional Collaboration

• Contribute local market insights and recommendations to support regional product and marketing strategies.

• Collaborate with regional teams on product launches, campaign development, and best-practice sharing.

• Act as the voice of the Vietnam market, ensuring local consumer and business perspectives are reflected in regional initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 5-7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, or related disciplines.

• Proficient or passionate in running & cycling.

• Familiar with or interested in smartwatch, new technologies and data-science driven electronic consumer products, ex: smartwatch and health monitoring devices.

• Proven experience in leading 360 marketing campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional projects.

• Strong analytical, critical and creative thinking to translate data into actionable marketing insights and strategies.

• Positive, proactive and agile attitude.

• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work effectively across teams.

• Good project, budget, and time management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English & Vietnamese.
