Mô tả công việc ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER

Collect market information, consumer trend, competitors' activities

Understand market feedback about the brand and activities

Ensure campaign execution to meet KPI, timeline and approve budget

Execute from ATL to BTL activities

Manage and prepare stock, paperwork, price setting, training materials for other launching activities

Understand sales performance of the brand

Make monthly promotion plan for different sales channels

Coordinate with sales team in sales-related activities

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic achievements are welcome, or 1–2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in Skincare, Cosmetics or FMCG is a plus
  • Knowledge of Brand Marketing, E-commerce, and TikTok platforms
  • Good command of English & computer skills
  • Good communication, organizational, problem-solving & analytical skills
  • Active, responsible, detail-oriented, enthusiastic & independent
