Tuyển dụng Air Export Customer Service & Documentation Officer tại Hồ Chí Minh

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle export airfreight operations from booking to final delivery

- Prepare and process air waybills (AWB), shipping instructions, and relevant documentation

- Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, transporters, and customs brokers

- Monitor flight schedules, cargo status, and follow up on delays or exceptions

- Coordinate with internal teams and overseas agents on shipment arrangements

- Manage data entry and maintain accurate shipment records in the system

- Handle customer inquiries and provide updates in a timely, professional manner

- Support billing and cost verification for each shipment

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in air export

- Familiar with airfreight documentation, AWB, and general freight practices

- Strong knowledge of airport operations and customs clearance procedures

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team

- Fluent in English (spoken & written); other languages a plus

Working Hours: 5.5 days/week

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 - 17:30 (including a 1.5-hour lunch break from 12:00 to 13:30)

• Saturday: 8:30 - 13:00 (Work from Home)
